ADOBO

 If the Philippines had an official national dish, it would probably be a sort of stew known as adobo. Adobo is actually a process by which anything - fish, fowl, vegetables or meat - , soy sauce and spices, then cooked in hot oil, garnished with an egg and served with boiled rice. Most Filipinos know it as a durable and distinctive meal of either chicken or pork or a combination of the two.

Adobo is the first thing most Filipinos who have been abroad request when they come home,We should all be proud of our very own local dishes. Filipino food has that distinct savory taste that makes us Filipinos long for it most especially when we’re abroad! Every bite gives our taste buds and tummies complete satisfaction thats why it is my favorite food.Also i love to cook adobo because it is so easy to cook.

                                                   MY GRANDFATHER  PAST AWAY


            This story has mixed emotions just as happy, sad, and wept. because of an unexpected circumstances my grandfather died when I was 4 grade so i felt  sad.  we hurriedly go to our province because the bury my grandfather will be soon. I was surprised because I never expected to see so many cousins ​​to go.Its like a big reunion.i am very thankful that i have a cousins that very jolly and full of happiness, they tell a story about their life and funny things about them.Also we went to the tourist spot of their place and that is oceans and festivals food.I talked to talk my cousins like they are my friends.they also introduced the famous church on their place. I just found out that we had 39 grandchildren of my grandfather..

 when my grandfather is going to bury my family had a serious cries of  because of my grandfather is not just my grandfather.He is the the reason why we are here....

 THE LAST SUMMER TITA GO HOME HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES FOR VACATION. AFTER RETURNING HOME, he made me THERE IN THEIR HOME. WHEN I arrived ON THERE'S HOUSE TITA .. IN THAT DAY. IMMEDIATELY WE GO OUT THERE AND  BICOL WE VISITED WHO STAY AT SOME DAY.

THERE I HAVE EAT LIKE A  SPICY FOOD LIKE  BICOL EXPRESS.  SOME DAYS OF THE  WE VISITED THE BROTHER OF MY TITA .   AND AFTER THAT WE  WENT TO THE CHURCH OF BICOL .  

NOT ONLY , WE VISITED MORE OF RELATIVE CHILD OF MY TITA. 

SOME DAYS TO GO HOME WE ALSO.  PRIOR TO FIRST WE IN HOUSE  RESTED. SOME DAYS IN NEAR  WE LIVE IN  HOUSE HAVE  MIND OF MY TITA SWIMMING WE TO THE SEA. AFTER THAT. SOME DAYS TO GO HOME BECAUSE I ALSO NEAR THE ATTENDING THE SCHOOL.

THIS SUMMER IS NOT I NEVER FORGET.
